Terry Sanderson v Gwyneth Paltrow

In Feb 2016, Terry Sanderson, plaintiff, and Gwyneth Paltrow, defendant, collided in a ski accident at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT.  In this civil court case, Sanderson claims Paltrow caused the crash by cutting him off, resulting in harm including broken ribs, a head injury affecting his vision and mental health, and is suffering continued mental anguish from his injuries.  Sanderson seeks monetary damages.  Paltrow claims Sanderson is the one at fault for the crash and is counter-suing Sanderson.  Complaintant Sanderson is choosing to try this civil case in a jury trial.
