New Hampshire v Brandon Castiglione

Luis Garcia was a pastor at the church attended by Brandon Castiglione.  He was working for Castiglione's family, helping to paint bedrooms, when he and Brandon Castiglione got into a heated debate over some religious topic.  The pastor was shot once through the neck and died on the scene, and Brandon was charged with the crime.  ​​
