Georgia v Hannah Payne

Hannah Payne witnessed victim Kenneth Herring cause a traffic accident while driving his pickup truck.  Herring left the scene of the accident, and Payne followed him to get his tag number.  A short time later, Payne stopped her vehicle in front of Herring's truck, forcing him to stop as well.  The two then had a short altercation through his driver's side window. Herring never got out of his truck.  Payne pulled her pistol from her hip and shot and killed Herring in his truck during the altercation.
